Breakfast beside the cocohut then a tuk tuk north along the coast to Agonda Beach this morning and a three hour walk along the length of this white sand beach. Strong rip tides have prevented it from being over-developed, apparently, and the lifeguards (yes, we were surprised to see them there) were called into action while we were there to rescue a woman who was in difficulty. We did give some thought this morning to moving to Agonda before we leave Goa but decided that livelier Palolem was a better base.
At the moment it’s 9.30 in the evening and we are sitting on the veranda of our cocohut above the beach listening to a young English guy with an acoustic guitar singing for his supper. He has attracted quite a crowd sitting at the tables set out on the beach in front of the bar. It’s not surprising. He’s pretty good.

Finally, sunset from the veranda.
